Vocational Training is AWL’s skills pillar. The goal is not training for its own sake; it is training that helps a person earn, contribute, and be taken seriously in community life. The Nyakinengo Hub is designed to create accessible rooms where tailoring, craft, digital literacy, enterprise readiness, and practical mentoring can happen without excluding people at the door.
As this work grows, AWL will publish consent-cleared stories, practical updates, activity summaries, and partner notes that help supporters understand what changed and what still needs support.
