AWL is strengthening public accountability by naming leadership, governance roles, and the people responsible for community follow-up.
Executive leadership & program accountability
AWL is led by persons with disabilities and community allies in Mbarara. The leadership team guides program direction, safeguarding, donor accountability, and community follow-up for the Nyakinengo Hub campaign.
Partnership and donor coordination
Barnabas coordinates partnership conversations, donor follow-up, and major-gift introductions so supporters can ask questions, review the campaign need, and connect with the right AWL leadership contact.
Community accountability
The community committee represents local ownership of the Hub vision. Its role is to keep feedback close to the people the Hub is meant to serve and help AWL stay accountable to Nyakinengo residents.
