Our commitment

AWL does not tolerate abuse, exploitation, harassment, neglect, degrading treatment, or retaliation. The dignity, choices, safety, and participation of persons with disabilities must remain central to every activity.

Images and stories

Photographs, video, names, and personal stories must only be published with appropriate informed consent. Additional guardian consent and child-safe decision-making are required for minors. Consent may be withdrawn, subject to reasonable technical and legal limits.

Information safety

Do not submit detailed medical records, PINs, passwords, OTPs, or complete card information through public forms. AWL will collect only information needed to understand and safely follow up a request.

Reporting a concern

Use the complaints page to report a concern. If a person faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency, police, medical, or child-protection service first. Website messages are not monitored as an emergency channel.

Fair response

AWL will handle concerns as privately as possible, avoid retaliation, document actions, and refer matters to qualified authorities when required.
