How AWL connects access, skill, income, and voice
AWL’s four program pillars are designed to work together, from learning access to livelihood and community leadership.
A useful disability inclusion program should not stop at one intervention. AWL’s model connects four parts of the journey.
Inclusive Education helps children and families remove barriers to learning. Vocational Training builds practical skills that can become work. The Marketplace of Dignity helps products and services reach real buyers. Advocacy & VSLAs strengthen voice, savings, and community accountability.
The Nyakinengo Hub gives these pillars a home. It helps donors, partners, and community members see how one accessible space can support many connected outcomes.
